When compared to AVDX’s closing share price of $8.20 on May 6, 2025, this transaction offers a 22% premium.

    After the deal, TPG Capital will own the majority while Corpay will hold a minority stake. AvidXchange will gain operational and strategic flexibility as a result of the deal since it will become a privately held company.
